It sounds like the city has tried hard to communicate with property owners whose homes were damaged or destroyed about getting the debris removed but many still seem unaware of their options or unwilling to sign a document allowing the government to take over the clean up. Can we speed up the process of debris removal by getting a court order to enter property where an owner has made no move to remove the debris? This is a public health issue.
