McFarland Mall has been let go over the past few years. I mean, with Midtown Village and University Mall, it was destined to happen, but theres no reason that it can't be revamped. Today there was an article saying Mr. Pate wants to upgrade it to an outdoor mall style complex and I say we all get 100% behind him.
