Eliminate the number of curb cuts on major arterials

There are far too many curb cuts on our major arterial roadways. Take 15th Street as an example. It is not necessary for every business to have an individual driveway from the road into their parking lot. Use shared drives, frontage lanes, etc.
This will have an added benefit of making the roadways safer for all - pedestrians, bicyclists, and vehicles.
