I would love to see more bike lanes throughout Tuscaloosa! It's been shown that when bike lanes are provided, people will get out and ride because they feel safer...to play, to work, on errands.
Another very cost effective way to help motorists and bicyclists share the road is through the use of "sharrows"...buy the stencil and paint and put someone to work. Check out the link on how its done.
