No specific suggestions here just yet, and it may have been covered elsewhwere, but I would like the city officials,planners and even university folks (artists etc) to think and work hard regarding a memorial for victims, properly integrated into the overall vision. Done rightly these things can be both powerful and beautiful. But they are also easy to forget or to do wrongly.
