Be considerate of those who have lost their homes, as you come up with all these grand ideas of how they should rebuild.

The vast majority are low to middle class folks who do NOT have any money to invest in rebuilding, except for what their insurance company will give them. Insurance pays to build back ... not to upgrade.

Lets fill this forum with ideas of how the city can rebuild the land it already owns. But geez folks ... have a heart and don't make these people who are down, feel worse because they can't afford all these ideas you keep throwing at them.

Let them rebuild in peace and get back to normal.
