There are a lot of builders out there who have been struggling the last few years due to the ecomony. Others have gone out of business altogether. Some are not trustworthy and will take advantage of people. We need some way to have a list available to customers of reputable builders and maybe some free info classes to people to educate them about what to expect when rebuilding (reading a contract, questions to ask a builder, when to seek legal help, etc)
