the areas that have been erased by the storm are close to the major intersts for an aging comunity:hospital,university, shopping and dining.

why not think far ahead ,when the over 50 will be more numerous, and create an evironment for older people, but still active and ready to enjoy a friendly environment.
they will welcome a developer with insight in the future!!!!!
