We have an opportunity to start from scratch. We should really try and rebuild in a fashion that allows the city to move forward and turn into something better than it was before.

More pedestrian friendly. More transit opportunities. More park space. More creative planning so that development compliments what was lost instead of takes advantage of what it replaces.
