In a town of so many students, bike and pedestrian paths should be a must. Particularly the destroyed areas on 15th Street had businesses that often served students and this is not a long distance from campus. With 15th Street's busy traffic even a pedestrian overpass or two would be great. This would make it safe to walk or bike from campus to places like Mid Town, maybe even University Mall.
